These terms and conditions set out our practices relating to privacy in our role fulfilling the order you have placed through our sales partners. By placing your order through one of our sales partners, you are deemed to have understood, accepted and consented to our practices. The supplier of the goods featured is Anubis Memorials Ltd, ("Anubis Memorials", "we", or "us"). We take our commitment to your privacy seriously, and we treat any information you provide to us with care. We will only use information collected about you in accordance with our privacy policy.
2. How we may collect your data
Anubis Memorials does not make any direct sales and orders should be placed through the businesses such as Funeral Directors and Jewellers who we are working in partnership with. They will provide us with an order form which will include your name, contact information and the details of the deceased. We may also receive information from you if you contact us directly by email or by using the contact form on our website.
Anubis Memorials does not accept direct sales or any payments from customers. All payments are made to our sales partners directly when placing an order and we will not receive any information relating to customer payment methods.
3. How we use information
Information is kept securely and will be shared with the sales partner you have placed an order with so that we may fulfil your order. We may also use this information to provide customer support services to you and to provide you with reliable service whilst we process your order. By making an order and/or submitting your data as part of your order to us you agree to this use. Without consent, we cannot process your order.
4. Marketing
We may send out newsletters to customers and those who have indicated they have chosen to join our mailing lists from time to time. If you no longer wish to receive email newsletters, please notify us by email and we will remove you from the distribution list.
5. Data retention policy
We will hold your full order details for a period of 12 months after a successful purchase in order to assist in any sales queries that may arise. Your data will be held in an unencrypted format. We may also need to retain certain other details relating to your order for accounting purposes and to fulfil other legal responsibilities as a limited company.
6. Data sharing
Anubis memorials does not accept direct orders and we will receive your order details from the sales partner you have placed an order with who will be administrating that order on your behalf. They will need to share information such as your name and contact details with us in order to place your order. We will need to continue to liaise with them but this will purely be for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We will not normally disclose any of your information to any other third party unless we are a subject to some other legal duty to do so or to protect the welfare and safety of our rights, property or the safety of our staff or customers.
7. Third party web linking
Our site may contain links to and from the websites of our sales partners and other stakeholders. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
8. Your right to access information
You have the right to access information held about you. Any access request may be subject to a fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. Should a data inaccuracy be identified, then we will rectify any data inaccuracies within one month.
9. Your right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to us to process your information. In order to exercise that right, please contact us by email at anubismemorials@gmail.com. Please be advised that we may still need to retain information relating to completed orders prior to request and that withdrawing your consent before completion of your order may mean that it can no longer be fulfilled.

It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA on our behalf in the fulfilment of your order. By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing.
